  • crows stirfry recipe

not gonna make this page super pretty like my other ones. just here to share my stirfry secrets...

    PREP

    you'll need these veggies:

  • 1-2 bell peppers. i like to use one red and one orange.
  • 2 full sized carrots
  • half a head of cabbage
  • 3-6 green onions. i like to use 4 or 5
  • you can add some onions, i dont more often than not because i hate cutting onions lol
  • and you'll also need...

  • boneless chicken breast. i usually use two but one works too
  • yakisoba noodles. can be ramen noodles too
  • and for the sauce...

  • white sugar.
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • ketchup
  • wocester sauce
  • ok now the fun part

ill start with the sauce! grab a bowl.

  • you'll need 4 (very generous) tablespoons of white sugar.
  • same thing for soy sauce, the oyster sauce, ketchup and worcester; 4 generous tablesoons.
  • *just remember the 4s baseline rule for the sauce and you're set. set this aside.

dice up your peppers, carrots and green onions. then shred your cabbage and add it. set veggies aside

cut up your chicken into smallish chunks. add seasoning if you like and set it aside.

i like to start boiling water on super low heat while i start frying my veggies and chicken. keep noodles close by!

using olive oil or something adjacent throw your veggies in a pan and your chicken in another.

when your chicken is getting close to ready your water should be boiled. throw the noodles in

once chicken is cooked throw it in with your veggies because they should be ready by then too.

throw noodles in once they're drained and mix it together with the sauce.

you may have to make more sauce? it happens to me sometimes. the more the better lol

i also like too throw sesame seeds on top too and more uncooked green onion.

    ENJOY! -crows
